More parts, a working tach!

Finally got the SV650 down home. Several weeks ago, actually. Changed the oil and lubed the chain. Started bolting on some of the "new" components...

Managed to score a instrument cluster and headlight from craigslist (google is your friend). The cluster was damaged, but had enough good parts to create a fairly nice cluster with working tach and all the chrome pieces that were missing. The headlight was perfect and replaced my slightly damaged lamp.

My original front cover piece was scuffed up over the speedo and the craigslist cluster has a broken lens. I open up my flexible repair bondo and sand paper and some of the Krylon Fusion plastic paint. Still some scuffs, but not near as obvious.

All of the broken pieces up top have been replaced, the bikes looks much better now. Still have a damaged tank and scratched up rear tail pieces...thinking about painting the bike yellow...for increased visibility.
